As a Warehouse Leader , you will play a critical opening in ensuring the seamless flow of products through our distribution network, leading day-to-day warehouse operations and driving exceptional service, safety. Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading time
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

• Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs
• You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
• Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
• This position may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
• Build reports and report out on KPIs to upper management demonstrating high levels of ownership and business knowledge
