To support this vision, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) is searching for a Content and Brand Manager.

This position will sit within the Safety Engagement group and lead the development and implementation of safety content and marketing strategies that drive a cohesive safety narrative and track record for our safety professionals, operations employees. Partners.

This position will sit within the WHS Safety Engagement group and lead the development and implementation of safety content and campaign strategies that effectively engage and drive a cohesive safety experience for our safety professionals, operations employees. Partners.

This opening will define campaign objectives that support the overall business strategy and engage core audiences. Then lead the development and implementation of experiences and materials to meet those objectives.

This position can be based in Arlington, VA., Bellevue, WA., or Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Background developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
• Measure, report, and adjust activities based on outcomes based on internal and external measures
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, marketing, or journalism
• Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
• Publish recurring content to operations through partnerships with other internal teams
• Work across a wide range of senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and legal, HR, and PR partners to gain alignment on implementation and tactical
• Develop and execute safety focused internal marketing strategies and promotional materials for key WHS programs
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Hands-on history building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Serve as a trusted advisor for the WHS leadership team
