About the Role

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active Tier 2 Public Trust CLEARANCE or higher

The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and implements complex Salesforce solutions to support public sector and DoD environments. This role leads technical design, builds scalable Apex and Lightning-based solutions, integrates Salesforce with enterprise systems. Supports the full software development lifecycle. The Senior Developer mentors junior staff, reduces technical debt through best practices, and ensures high-quality, secure, and performant Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Must possess an active Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance
• Shall have experience with full-stack engineering (defined as proficient in database development/integration), including three (3) years experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Shall have a minimum of twelve (12) years of general work background.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are required.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Background focusing on development projects using DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex programming language.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Hands-on history with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is desirable.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior crew members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Applicant must also demonstrate experience supporting Salesforce platform(s) within Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
