About the Role

Salary: $20-30 per hour (or $166,850 to $185,400 per year based on qualifications).

Location: Hybrid, Dallas, TX (on site at least 3 days per week).

The Senior Manager Technology is in charge of facilitating portfolio evaluations, coordinating with Finance and Human Resources. Implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, an agile, results‑driven mindset, and the capable of deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
