About the Role
A boutique recruiting and staffing company is seeking experienced recruiters/talent acquisition specialists to join their growing team. Candidates with a JD degree or paralegal degree are preferred, those with a realtor or teacher background will also be highly considered. This position is full time, fully work-from-home and provides the perfect opportunity for highly motivated, self-starters to make money while helping others achieve their career goals.
The recruiter will build strong applicant pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels. Responsibilities will include overseeing full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing. Assessing candidates as well as effectively managing the offer process.

Key Responsibilities
- JD, paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Hands-on history with or proven capacity to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven capacity to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal expertise
- Proven background managing confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven capable of meet deadlines
- 2+ years full cycle recruiting hands-on history in Talent Acquisition
- Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development
