About the Role
About the Role: As a CBRE Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, youwill be in charge of conducting simple to moderate standard financialanalysis and ad hoc finance projects.
This job is part of the FinancialPlanning and Analysis position function.
They are responsible for the short andlong-term financial planning and analysis of business operations.
What You’ll Do Support the monthly and quarterly review of subsegmentresults including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending.
Assist with cost improvement and savings opportunities andcollect data supporting commercial assessments.
Help with monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategicplanning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategicplanning processes.
- Support the annual budget process.
- Produce routine and adhoc financial reports, packages andpro forma analyses.
- Support the monthly and quarterly review of subsegmentresults including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending.
- Exchange straightforward information, asks questions andcheck for understanding.
- Background with analyzing information and standardpractices to make judgments.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices toachieve objectives and meet deadlines and use existing procedures to solvestandard problems.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Organizational expertise with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Capable of calculate difficultfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial relatedcalculations.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values.
- Capable of use existing procedures to solve standardproblems.
