About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide planning and development review services for current Planning projects. This role represents a key position in supporting Concord’s continued growth and development, ensuring projects align with the City’s policies, ordinances. Vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Creates responses to more in-depth public planning and development inquiries.
- Construction Principles
- Incumbents may be subject to communicable diseases.
- Serves as supplemental support for Planner I in signing reviews.
- Able to self-assess work
- Operating a computer and applicable software applications.
- Providing customer service
- Positions in this class require: standing, fine dexterity, walking, sitting, reaching, handling, kneeling, pushing/pulling, vision, hearing, twisting, talking.
- Microsoft Office
