About the Role

Position DUTIES: INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE APPLIED:

Supervise assigned crew to ensure work is performed in a safe and productive manner. Maintain work levels to be in compliance with the client, legal, government, and organization guidelines and policies.

Plan the meals and ensure the quality and timeliness of the meals being served. Is accountable for the preparation of the daytime tower meals and will insure the quality and preparation of night tower meal and bakery items.

Maintain proper rotation of product being sent to the vessel to ensure freshness and reduce losses.

Maintain inventory supply levels and condition of inventory. This includes food, materials and supplies.

Maintain an adequate supply of clean linen for the vessel, whether linen is cleaned on board or out sourced.
