About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Innovation Hub UAT Tester to support Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). This UAT Tester will align to the newly formed Innovation Hub, overseeing and managing UAT for agentic AI product development.

In this role, you'll:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Collaborate and consult with crew leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Drive must-haves, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Must be able to work on-site at any of the listed locations

  • Review experience needed and build the test scenarios/test scripts with minimal supervision.
  • Background with test creation, planning, coordination and facilitating testing and routine
  • Facilitated testing for AI products or machine learning models
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work hands-on history, training, military track record, education
