About the Role
We are currently looking for a Growth Operations & Business Development Analyst for a 100% telecommute position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. In this role, you'll support VetsEZ's federal business development organization by conducting market research, maintaining Salesforce data, analyzing pipeline metrics, developing competitive intelligence. Assisting capture and proposal teams pursuing opportunities across federal agencies.
This early-career position operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and works closely with Account Executives, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, Solution Architects. Executive leadership. The role provides exposure to the full federal business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, capture planning, and proposal development.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Government, or a related field, with a minimum 2 years of professional experience in business development, market research, consulting, sales operations, government contracting, or a related field.
- Take on additional tasks and your day-to-day as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

- Excellent written and verbal communication competencies with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, account, customer, and pipeline information within Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical expertise with the capable of research, organize, interpret, and clearly present market and business intelligence.
- Training Opportunities
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Power BI, GovWin, SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, or similar federal market intelligence tools is preferred.
- Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement histories, briefing materials, gate reviews, Black Hat sessions, and capture planning activities.
- Capacity to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required for the position.
- Strong organizational expertise, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
