Position Description: Orchestra is seeking a Senior Reddit Specialist Freelancer to support client strategy and campaign execution across both paid and organic Reddit initiatives. We're looking for an experienced Reddit expert who can partner with agency teams, advise clients, and help grow our platform expertise across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Agency track record building or leading a social media or platform-specific service line
- Provide strategic guidance while remaining hands-on with campaign planning, execution, and optimization as needed
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with agency teams and present recommendations to clients
- Track record across additional social platforms is a plus, particularly when integrating Reddit into broader campaigns
- Develop and execute Reddit campaigns for clients across both organic and paid initiatives
- Serve as Orchestra’s subject matter expert on Reddit, championing the platform internally and externally
- Experience supporting new business pitches and thought leadership
- Experience translating business and brand objectives into Reddit-specific strategies
- Stay up-to-date on Reddit trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to inform client strategy
- Train and advise internal teams on Reddit best practices, platform features, and community engagement.
- Experience with Reddit Ads Manager, measurement, and campaign reporting
- Lead the development and growth of Reddit as a service offering across Orchestra, including strategy, execution, and process-building
