The Asset Personalization Platform crew is dedicated to developing high-throughput, low-latency systems that deliver personalized assets in real-time to Netflix UI clients. Our vision is to create a product platform that offers flexibility and customization of assets, empowering product engineering and machine learning teams to innovate and experiment with new member experiences at an accelerated pace while driving business impact. This team of distributed systems engineers collaborates with a wide array of cross-functional teams, including Content Creative teams, Machine Learning researchers, Product Management, Product Design, Data Engineering. Various product and client engineering teams.

To realize our vision, we are seeking an engineering leader to guide our team in developing a product platform that enables the rapid creation of innovative and personalized member experiences. This leader will be instrumental in advancing our asset personalization systems and driving Netflix's success. We're in need of someone who is technically proficient and can cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment, mentoring a diverse team of engineers, including experienced engineers and newcomers.
