Rockstar Games is looking for a passionate Director, Workplace Services. This opportunity will be a leader for the Workplace Services North America unit, ensuring the studio environments meet high standards for operational effectiveness, efficiency and stakeholder needs.

The Director should have proven track record working in a cross-functional capacity to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity seeks a proactive leader with a consistent record in facilities management.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently able to take objectives from conceptualization to execution.
• Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop, manage, and report on Workplace budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems including proficiency in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Oversee all facility services and programs for the North America bi-coastal portfolio with a focus on efficiency, performance, and innovation.
• We ensure the site complies with all relevant compliance and legislation.
• Experience with the design and management of new office builds, renovations, relocation, or construction projects, maintaining high standards across operational and support spaces.
• Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the North America Workplace Services Managers.
• 10+ years of proven multi-site facilities management experience with 5+ years of background leading senior managers.
• Background leveraging data to improve and execute preventative maintenance plans.
• Prior track record operating in a studio or production environment.
