About the Role
A growing dental practice serving the Chicago, IL area is hiring a work-from-home, direct hire Dental Perks Verification Specialist to complete high volume dental insurance eligibility checks and why join us breakdowns from start to finish.
The applicant must live in the Chicago area for training.
Key duties include completing dental insurance eligibility and benefits verifications, performing detailed what we offer breakdowns, contacting dental insurance carriers by phone to confirm coverage, entering accurate information into the practice's system. Independently managing assigned verifications while maintaining accuracy through a high volume.
Preferred: two to three plus years of dental insurance benefits verification experience, dental insurance hands-on history strongly preferred over medical, a strong understanding of dental insurance terminology, benefits, eligibility. Coverage, experience with multiple dental carriers and PPO plans, and Dentrix experience as a strong plus.
