Position Purpose:

At The Home Depot Cybersecurity consists of Architecture, Governance, Identity & Access Management, Internal Threat Operations, Issue and Compliance Management, Risk Assessment/Advisory, Security Consulting, Security Operations, Service Optimization and Strategic Planning.
Analysts perform data gathering, analysis, synthesis , and develop solutions to support THD Cybersecurity practices. This Analyst position is for the PCI Compliance Crew where our mission is to enable Home Depot Business and Technology to maintain PCI C ompliance and other Payment Method Compliance while focusing on key business activities. Our team partner s with Associates across the employer (including Cybersecurity, Technolog y. Business orgs ) to make it simple to protect customers’ payment information by empowering these Associates with tools, awareness, priorities, and remediation guidance. We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
Eager to learn about Cybersecurity , how Home Depot operates , and all things related to payment compliance and security
Possess s trong technical expertise and/or willingness to continuously grow technica l knowledge
Open to learn and support all internal PCI p rocesses and new Payment Compliance processes
Key Responsibilities
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Drive to c ollaborate and engage with team members and cross-functionally
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the position.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Eager to learn about Cybersecurity , how Home Depot operates , and all things related to payment compliance and security
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Internship or real-world project experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, Compliance, or field related to the role .
- 30% Collaborate - Partner with teams to identify trends and resolve problems
