The Java/React Developer will serve as part of a development team supporting both established projects and creating from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and unit player who is adept at both frontend and backend web development. They are passionate about technology and committed to lifelong learning, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills and track record to solve complex/real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Javascript/HTML (React)
- Deep experience in building RESTful web services and backend web platforms
- Prior technical consulting hands-on history working with large enterprise clients
- A strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- 3+ years of development hands-on history
- This is a public trust position and will require basic background screening
- AWS (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Firehose, Glue, S3, Lambda)
- US Citizen or permanent resident living in the US, Work 100% Remote from US Home Office
- DevOps (Jenkins, Terraform, Packer)
- Ability to solve complex problems with elegant and maintainable solutions using modern Javascript and Java frameworks
- 5+ years of hands-on history with hands-on track record in full-stack development
- Demonstrable versatility in multiple front-end and back-end technologies
