As a Brokerage Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on hands-on history across multiple operational domains—supporting processes that power Robinhood’s trading, clearing. Customer hands-on history. You’ll learn how data, technology. Risk management intersect in brokerage operations and work on projects that use analytics, process improvement, and light automation to improve performance, accuracy, and customer trust. This opportunity is based in our Chicago, IL office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. • Work across Robinhood Financial (Introducing Broker) and Robinhood Securities (Clearing Broker) to learn the many aspects that comprise the operations of FINRA-registered broker-dealers
• Support small-scale technical projects such as reconciling datasets, improving data quality, or building Business Intelligence dashboards using tools like Retool or Superset
