The Associate Sales Consultant role is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to a consultative sales environment while learning from experienced sales leaders.

In this opportunity, you'll support Sales Consultants throughout the sales cycle while developing foundational skills in business communication, client engagement, sales strategy. Prospecting. You're expected to receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship, with clear pathways for growth into advanced sales or field roles over time.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are curious, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in sales.

This position has two cohort start dates available: January 2027 and July 2027. Candidates selected for this opportunity will join one of these two onboarding cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Highspot
• Draft professional follow-up communications and help coordinate meetings using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including recent college graduates
• Learn how to manage priorities, timelines, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Internship experience, customer-facing roles, sales exposure, or business hands-on history is a plus but not required
• Assist with preparing customized presentations, proposals, and client materials
• Conduct account and market research to identify potential clients, decision makers, and business needs
• Participate in structured onboarding, sales training, and professional development sessions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with others
• Build confidence communicating with business leaders and internal stakeholders
